Sometimes it can be difficult to stay ahead of your students where technology is concerned.  Don't let them leave you in the dust.  Unleash your inner geek with these TETA SummerFest offerings.

SummerFest Twitter Feed:  If you are lucky enough to attend SummerFest 2012, you will want to follow the SummerFest Twitter feed for timely information throughout the event.  If you have a cell phone and a texting plan, you can follow this easy step to start receiving SummerFest Tweets.  Text "follow 2012SummerFest" to 40404.  That's all there is to it!

SummerFest Guidebook:  SummerFest 2012 will publish the workshop schedule, maps, contact information and more as a guide in the Guidebook App.  You can download this app for your iPhone or Android phone.  Just search for "Guidebook" and install the free app.  Once the app is up and running on your device, just click on "Download Guides" and search for SummerFest.  The guide will be listed as TETA SummerFest 2012.  Download and stay on top of your schedule for the event!

SummerFest Friends Facebook Group:  Want to find out what's in store for this year's SummerFest?  Want a direct line to the organizers of the event to volunteer, give suggestions or just send them a little encouragement?  Looking for a roommate to split the cost of a hotel?  Well, join the SummerFest Friends Facebook group.  Just login to Facebook.  You do have a Facebook account, don't you?  Then search for "SummerFest Friends" and click on the group, or just follow this link, http://www.facebook.com/groups/SummerFestFriends/  You can read the posts without joining, but please click on "Join Group" at the top so that you can share in the conversation!
