TheatreFest
is right around the corner and Houston is hosting a repeat performance of our
very successful past Conventions at the Downtown Hyatt Hotel, and we would like
to invite you to contract a booth for 2015.
Space is limited and reservations are taken on a first come, first
served basis. Commercial Exhibitor and Institutional Member Exhibitor
registration is now available online at https://tetatx.wildapricot.org/event-1760183.
Changes scheduled for Exhibitors in Houston - 2015:
- Commercial exhibit
booths moved out of the
basement (Marketplace) and moved upstairs
to the spacious Imperial Ballroom East and West!!! Bet THAT got your attention!
- Institutional member
exhibit booths remain in the Marketplace, but efforts are underway to
utilize the space to make it a
high traffic area!
- No increase in prices
from 2014.
- No more early departure penalties
of $250 cash.
- Continental breakfast brought back in the
mornings for Exhibitors.
- TETA students to assist you with loading and
unloading! Also on hand to assist
during each day.
- Exhibitor Reception brought back!
- Exhibitors encouraged to submit workshop proposals, without convention registration!
It is a kinder place to be, and TETA appreciates the
Exhibitors!! We hope all will partake in
this tremendous opportunity to engage with potential clients. Conventions in
Houston, historically, are the most attended, reaching over 2400 in past years. TheatreFest is one of the largest theatrical
conventions in this section of the country.
To date we have over half of our exhibit spaces rented. We are excited at the lineup of these Theatre
professionals! We will announce part of
that line up in the near future!!
If you know of others that might be interested in exhibiting
at the 2015 TheatreFest, please send them to the T.E.T.A. website.
We hope to see you at Convention!
