A message to high school and middle school students who are
attending TheatreFest 2016 and their teachers/sponsors.
As part of the student registration process, any public or private high school or middle school student who will be joining us at TheatreFest must complete and submit the Student Policy and Procedures Code of Conduct Form. Student Code of Conduct.pdf
This form can also be found under the TETA File Cabinet tab on the TETA website. www.tetatx.com
We encourage you to complete this process as quickly possible and follow the steps below to submit your form.
THE PREFERRED METHOD
Print the form and fill it out including all signatures needed. Scan the form and rename it using the following format. (lastname-firstname TETA Code of Conduct Form). Upload the form to our dropbox folder using this link: https://www.dropbox.com/ request/Jek2XPyVoKf3mxg7Rut6
ALTERNATE METHODS
Send your completed form through snail mail to:

If sent by snail mail, it must ARRIVE at least 5 days before TheatreFest!

Bring the completed form with you to TheatreFest and turn it in when you check in at the registration desk. This will add time to the registration process (which can already be crowded) so please only use this method as a last resort

However you choose to submit the form, please bring an extra copy with you to registration just in case.
Teachers, we highly recommend that you make sure your students complete this form. Not having these forms will significantly slow down the process of checking in for you and those around you when you arrive at TheatreFest.
