TheatreFest 2016 - Payment Options

FRIENDLY REMINDER ABOUT PAYMENT OPTIONS FOR THEATREFEST 2016



The deadline for Early Registration for TF16 was December 15, 2015. 

All checks or online credit card payments for registration postmarked or paid after December 15 have resulted in an increase of $50.00 to all outstanding invoices.



You have three payment options for all balances due.


  1. Checks for all balances owed (registration, tee shirts, awards reception, membership dues, etc.) can be mailed to TETA at 650 W. Bough Ln., Suite 150-199, Houston, TX 77024.  All checks MUST BE RECEIVED BY JANUARY 25th in order to be processed before convention.  Checks received after this date will be returned and you will be charged on site.
  2. Payments can be made online (just follow the link on your emailed invoice) or on site using a credit card. If you have changed addresses since applying for and receiving the credit card you use online, your credit card may be declined. Be sure to update address information with all your banks and creditors prior to using a credit card.
  3. The ONLY forms of payment accepted on site are cash, credit card or an ISD check. NO PERSONAL CHECKS OR PURCHASE ORDERS will be accepted on site.


If you do not have your invoice but still need to make an online payment, just log on to your TETA account at: https://tetatx.wildapricot.org/ and you will be able to pay there as well.

If you wait until the last minute to request a check from your school district, remember TETA must receive the check by January 25th….NOT postmarked by, but RECEIVED. Please beware of snail mail. Save yourself time at registration by paying online or sending a check well in advance of the receivement deadline of January 25th, 2016.
